1. Introduction

Welcome to Matchbox Life, operated by Matchbox Life Limited. By joining our Active Life Centres or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Membership & Centre Locations

Matchbox Life operates Active Life Centres across Ireland, with locations in Limerick and Dublin.

  • Limerick Members: All membership queries must be directed to Ashbourne or emailed to info@matchboxlife.ie. We will forward your request to the appropriate department.
  • Dublin Members (Deansgrange): All membership-related queries must be submitted in writing to info@matchboxlife.ie.

3. Membership Management

  • We no longer offer the option to pause memberships.
  • Membership cancellations require a minimum of three (3) months’ written notice, as agreed upon during sign-up via your signed waiver.
  • Failure to provide appropriate notice may result in continued billing.

4. Payments

  • All payments are securely processed by external providers, namely Stripe and Buckaroo.
  • Payment processing complies with industry-standard security protocols.
  • Matchbox Life does not store or have access to your full payment information.

5. Wellness Screenings

  • Members who miss or arrive late for a Wellness Screening appointment will not be entitled to a refund.
  • Appointments must be attended on time as scheduled.

6. Liability

  • Matchbox Life is not liable for any lost or stolen items on the premises.
  • Members are encouraged to use lockers provided and to take all necessary precautions.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Member data is stored securely using our CRM systems and Technogym software.
  • We comply with all applicable data protection regulations under Irish and EU law.

8. Amendments

Matchbox Life reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take immediate effect upon publication.
